LAPIS LAZULI  5th chakra throat

 Lapis Lazulit Bracelet $22

Lapis lazuli was regarded as a holy stone. In the Middle East, it was thought to have magical powers. There, the color was referred to as 'ultramarine', which means something like 'from beyond the sea'.  The small inclusions with their golden shimmer, which give the stone the magic of a starry sky, are not of gold, but of pyrites.

The stone of friendship and truth

The Romans believed that lapis was a powerful aphrodisiac. In the Middle Ages, it was thought to keep the limbs healthy, and to free the soul from error, envy and fear.  The ancient Egyptians used Lapis Lazuli as a symbol of Truth.

The blue, Lapis Lazuli stone is said to encourage harmony in relationships and help its wearer to be an authentic individual who can give his or her opinion openly and state his or her deepest thoughts to another.
